Name, email, phone number, and appointment preferences when you book through our website. This information is used solely for scheduling and communication about your appointments.
To schedule and confirm appointments, communicate about your treatments, and improve our services. We do not sell your personal information. Service providers process information needed to operate booking, membership and website measurement.
When you join The Ozark Glow Club, we collect your name, email, phone number, and birthday (month and day). This information is used to administer the monthly giveaway, send you VIP specials, and provide birthday rewards. Your information is stored securely and shared with our booking platform (Vagaro) for contact management.
By joining The Ozark Glow Club, you agree to receive occasional promotional emails and text messages. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text message to unsubscribe from SMS. Use the unsubscribe link in any email to stop email communications.
No purchase necessary. Open to residents 18 and older. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible members. Winner is selected randomly on the 1st of each month. The prize is a complimentary luxury treatment as selected by The Ozark Aesthetician and has no cash value.
Our embedded booking interface is provided by Vagaro, which processes your booking and its cookies under its own privacy policy. When website analytics is enabled, we measure booking completion without sending customer identifiers or treatment details to Google. We may temporarily match a protected Vagaro customer identifier and booking time with campaign labels to understand which campaigns led to appointments. Matching records expire after seven days; campaign labels may remain on your booking record. Analytics opt-out, Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track disable this website measurement. Booking remains available.
We use Google Analytics to understand visits and actions such as opening booking, phone, email and directions links, reading FAQs, and completing a new Glow Club signup. Google Analytics uses cookies and processes browser, device and website activity information. We do not send your name, email, phone number, birthday or form answers to Google Analytics. Advertising personalization and Google signals are disabled. A booking-link click is not a completed appointment.
Analytics is disabled when your browser sends Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track. You can also change the analytics preference for this browser below. Booking and signup continue to work with analytics off.

If you allow Meta cookies, we use the Meta Pixel on our home and studio landing pages to measure page visits and clicks to open booking. Meta receives browser and device information, including IP address, cookie identifiers, page URL and referrer, and may associate this activity with your Meta account to measure advertising. We do not send treatment-page events, appointment details, client lists or form answers to Meta. Automatic event collection and advanced matching are disabled. A booking click is not a confirmed appointment.
Meta measurement stays off until you allow it, and is also disabled by Global Privacy Control, Do Not Track or the website analytics opt-out above. You can withdraw your choice below. Booking works with either choice.
